All Spa and Salon appointments require credit card information and are subject to a $25 ‘No Show’ fee or for appointments not cancelled with a 48 hour notice. Your credit card will only be charged if you are a ‘no show’ or if your appointment was not cancelled with a 48 hour notice.
All hair braid/silk press/wash & blowdry appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit, spa/haircut/delicious charm $10 non-refundable deposit per child and groups of 3 or more require a $50 non-refundable deposit to confirm your slot at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to your balance at checkout. We will allow a one-time courtesy if a request is submitted at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. Appointments canceled late will be processed as late cancellation. No-shows will be charged a $25 fee without exceptions.
Groups of 3 or more, hair braiding, silk press and birthday party bookings will incur an automatic 20% gratuity.
All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking, payable with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled party. Please note, your party date and time will not be reserved without your signed party contract and deposit. Milk and Cookies gift cards can not be used for party bookings.
